Dean of Veterans Training School and Director of Client Training and Employment
Ms. Wiesen earned her MBA and MSLIS degrees from Simmons College. She has significant experience in forming strategic partnerships in the realms of education, healthcare, and research. She is credited with record-breaking sales to higher education clients and is the recipient of Apple's Achievement Award for Outstanding Customer Service. In 2005, Debby along with Dr. Upper, founded the Veterans Training School and opened the NESHV Information Resource Center. She is an instructor at VTS, supervises the Homework Grant and manages the daily operations

Training Manager and Registrar
Mr. Boback holds a B.A. in English and M.Ed. He has worked as a Veterans Representative for the Massachusetts Department of Workforce Development and worked at the University of Massachusetts Boston in administration, academic advising and veterans' affairs. Frank worked for the University's William Joiner Center for the Study of War and Social Consequences, Veterans Upward Bound, Financial Aid Services and College of Nursing. He has taught secondary high school English, holding secondary English certifications in both Massachusetts and Texas. Frank served a three year tour-of-duty in the U.S. Army and serves on Senator John Kerry's Review Committee for West Point applicants.

Employment Assistance and Operations
VA Bedford and NESHV BRIDGES Team
Mr. Padilla is a retired United States Army Ranger with 22 years of meritorious service. He received Microsoft and UNIX/Linux Certifications from Boston University. He graduated from the Veterans Technical Training Institute in 2000 and joined the Veterans Training School staff in 2002 as the UNIX/Linux Instructor. Tony has extensive Network Systems Administrator experience and designed the 8-week UNIX /Linux training program curriculum at Vet Tech. Tony serves as the Employment Specialist at the Veterans Training School and is a member of VA Bedford and NESHV BRIDGES team. Mr. Padilla was instrumental in the physical layout of the new VTS School.

Employment Retention Manager
Ms. Sanchez completed her B.A. Degree in Sociology at the University of Colorado. She has worked in the field of human services for ten years and specializes in facilitating services for and assisting individuals with multiple barriers to find and retain employment. Sarah began her career in a residential facility for adolescents and moved on to develop and manage employment programs for chronically homeless individuals and mothers receiving welfare. Sarah recently initiated a "Jump Start Your Job Search," a three-day intensive series of workshops at NESHV, designed to facilitate job search skills.
